Dual Sim in USA

Hello

I have read the official Dual Sim card section and I want to make sure that my understanding is correct.

The Iphone version with 2 physical SIM cards are not sold here in USA and only available in China, and Far East.

What we have here in USA is the version which can work with 1 physical nano sim card + E sim only.

MY QUESTION

1- All service providers here in USA does not have the E sim service until now and therefore the USA model with the dual sim feature (physical & E sim ) will be useless? Is that right ?

2- China I phone will work here in USA with 2 SIM cards ?
