icloud installer states there is a problem with this installer package and unloads itself

I'm running windows 10 64 bit on a AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 1TB solid state drive. Windows 10 home is

Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134


Every time i try to install icloud for windows, the installer stops and states there is a problem with the install package. I've tried this under Edge, IE and Firefox. My PC is up to date.

iPod touch, Windows 7
