I would like to know if I can connect 2 monitors to a MacBook Air 2018.
And what type of connectors I do need to buy.
Also is it powerful enough to run with 2 Monitors?

You can definitely plug in 2 monitors. You will need to first check which ports your monitors use (HDMI, VGA, DVI). Then, you can search for the adapter at the Apple Store. You would search "USB-C to HDMI/VGA/DVI"

Not sure why you want to use 2 monitors, or what kind of resolution you'll want to use with them, but using the lowest powered Mac laptops for that purpose may not be the best solution. It's literally why they make MacBook Pros.

What device do I have to get to connect the 2 Monitors with one of the USB-C ports?
