macbook doesn't respond back neighbor solicitation using global ipv6 address as source address

Version 10.14

Model Name: MacBook Pro

Model Identifier: MacBookPro11,3

Processor Name: Intel Core i7

Processor Speed: 2.5 GHz

Number of Processors: 1

Total Number of Cores: 4

L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB

L3 Cache: 6 MB

I am a network engineer and I found out some weird problem with my macbook.

One of our device sends Neighbor Solicitation to my macbook (see the packet number 5 through 20), macbook doesn't respond back with Neighbor Advertisement which I don't know why but, my another windows machine works well. If you look at the packet then, you will realized that source address of IPv6 is global unicast address.

However, once our device sends Neighbor Solicitation with link-local address as source address (see packet number 25, 26) then, macbook responded back actually. I don't know what is different that macbook does respond and doesn't respond back.

Does anyone help me out?

There is no way to upload the pcap file so, here is the link to download.
