Email is registered on Apple ID - because of this I can not restore access to Apple ID

I have not been to AppleID for a long time.

AppleID has asked to confirm my data.

I remember the mail - I remember the password.

But when registering, I entered a random birthday and now I can not confirm my AppleID.

I have a box from ipad, documents, I remember the password of the mail, I remember the secret issues besides the date of birth.

Therefore, I can not restore AppleID

The email address that I would use to rebuild is the same email as the apple ID, and I became hostage to the rules.

Please help me.
