I cannot cancel a pre-order. I clicked Cancel-Yes and nothing happens.
I fully follow the page Pre-order apps, movies, music, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support but it won't work.. Please help.

I see that you've pre-ordered something, but now you've changed your mind. When you try to cancel the order, nothing happens though. I'd like you to contact iTunes Support for this issue.
Apple - Support - Product Selection — After selecting this link, choose App Store > Subscriptions & Purchases > This topic is not listed, then describe your issue as "Cannot cancel pre-order". After that, select the method you'd like to contact them with.
