I am unable to change the default card in Apple Pay on my Apple Watch. I is greyed out.

I have two cards enrolled in Apple Pay. The wrong one is the default on my Apple Watch. The ”Defadult Card” button in the Watch App is greyed out. I cannot use it to change the default card. This makes using my watch for Payments inconvenient and error prone. Can anyone help?

Apple Watch Apple Pay Just gone to switch the card I use to pay with on my Apple Watch, but when I have gone into the Apple Watch settings on my iPhone there is no ‘Wallet and Apple Pay’ section anywhere. Has anyone else encountered this? How do I get this back so I can manage the cards linked to my Apple Pay?
