Is there a shortcut on the Smart Folio keyboard to control volume?

It depends on the app you are using - but generally speaking, if you press and hold Cmd, you will see all the keyboard shortcuts available within the app you are currently using. So for example, within iTunes, volume control is with Cmd and the Up and Down arrow keys.
