Trackpad haptic feedback weak

Hi there, since I got my MacBook Pro (2017), the trackpad isn't responding as it should... The haptic feedback (motor) is vibrating weaker when compared to other MacBook Pro's with the new taptic trackpad. Is there any software based tweak to fix this? Or do you think this is a hardware failure?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, 4 TBT3), macOS Mojave (10.14.1)
