Why do i have problems with purchases?

hi, I need to know why as soon as I try to buy an offer on a game it tells me that it is not possible to do it and that I have to contact itunes support, I do not know how to solve the problem.

If you supplied a credit card, check its details. If not or they're correct, clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
