2 factor authentication problem

I am trying to buy a song on iTunes. We recently purchased a new computer that has essentially locked us into 2 factor authentication. Its my understanding that you cannot undue this. Now when I attempt to log in to buy a song on iTunes on my lap top, it sends the 6 number authentication code to my phone, but then there is no place to enter it. So apple has made it difficult or impossible to purchase material.

I have two factor authentication turned on. How can I sign in to iTunes on a PC? There is no dialog box that pops up asking for the 6-digit code.

Apple Music two factor authentication I currently work in a prison so I have no access to my phone, however when I try to use Apple Music on the browser it requires two factor authentication, is there a way to turn this off for Apple Music?
