Iphone XR voice quality poor in earpiece?

i have used 6/7/8/8plus which has amazing sound quality on call in earpiece.Got XR Last week which seems poor sound quality in earpiece.I have updated ios 12.1 did restart,used different sim cards changed settings of noise cancellations.Any suggestions.i can still return the phone until 15/11/18.Any XR user noticed this issue or just me?shall i changed it to another XR or return the phone and get XS?thanks

I see that you feel the sound quality of your iPhone XR isn't as good as your previous iPhone 6/7/8/8Plus, and I'm happy to help.
