Just updated to latest version of iTunes (12.9.1.4) and now have lost the ability to play from laptop to our Sky Q boxes.
My iphone can still cast to Sky ok, but in tunes on the laptop the airplay icon shows when you first start itunes but has no selectable options. As soon as you start playing a music track the airplay icon completely disappears.
Is this a bug in the latest version?

Solved - Discovered that the Bonjour service had been disabled which is required for airplay to work. Enabled and now all working fine.
See https://www.thewindowsclub.com/open-windows-services. Locate Bonjour and enable it if disabled, change its start-up type to Automatic if necessary, then start it.

The "Bonjour service" is not listed in the services list (while iTunes is installed).
Same problem here with iTunes 12.9.1.4 on Windows 10. How do you enable the Bonjour service ?
