I've made a screenshot using Shift-Cmd-4. In the past these screenshots were saved on my desktop. Unfortunately this is currently not the case.
What is going on and how do I fix this?
PS Last saved screenshot on my desktop was last month.

Press "Command + Shift + 5" to open Screenshot, click Options and make sure Desktop is checked. You can press "esc" to leave Screenshot.
