It seems I have a dead pixel or some anomalie with my new Watch series 4 Nike edition. Got it the day it was released.
Picture shows the flashlight were I first noticed it. It also shows on other graphics but not when screen shows black area (I guess the OLED is than not lighting up). Any suggestions how to reset the pixel back to normal?
There is nothing you can do yourself to resolve this. Contact Apple Support to find out whether it is covered by warranty.

The watch has been replaced at the store that I had bought it at.
