How can I organize photos more similar to the Samsung photo app?

My husband just got an iPhone after having a galaxy. On the galaxys photo app, you can organize into albums and then it deletes them from the camera roll. iPhone doesn’t do this and he is upset. Any app suggestions to help with this?
