Clips will not update on my iPhone X’s. Any suggestions?

I’ve tried restarting my phone. No joy.

Apple Pay, iOS 8.3, Watch OS 1.1

Clips won’t update on my iPhone 8 I have a new iPhone 8 Plus and Clips is appearing in the update list. If I click on update it starts but then goes back to update. All other apps are updating without issue. Anyone had this problem?

Have you tried deleting the app and redownloading it from the App Store ?
