Where do I choose which playlists to sync to my iphone? After my iphone is plugged into my PC, I go to the iphone - Settings - Music. I have no options to select playlists to sync.
The only thing I see is:
Icloud music library is on and a choice to select voice memos
iOS 12.1 with iphone 6s
iPhone 6s, iOS 12.1, itunes 12.9.1.4

You will have to turn off iCloud Music Library on your iPhone in order to sync from iTunes. Go to Settings > Music to disable it.

Connect device. Click device icon on the top row next to the media selection tool. Click Music in the sidebar to set the music selections for syncing to your device.
