How do i get my iphone playlists to show up in music app without syncing?

i just upgraded to Catalina and while my device shows up in the music app, my iphone playlists and music do not. I've had the option to manually transfer songs over to my iphone for quite some time now, and i absolutely DO NOT want to sync the music from my computer to my phone, because i have playlists on my iphone that i do not have on my music app.

Is there any way around syncing so i can keep my iphone playlists as they are?
