my iphone 7 wont let me hear anyone or anyone hear me when making or recieving a phone call also the speaker button stays dark and will not allow me to turn it on does anyone know what is happening

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support
