camera app missing from my ipho

camera app missing from my iPhone 4s home screen? I remember it being there after I updated on iTunes

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.5

Sorry for the false alarm. Went into settings and restrictions on App's and bingo. There it popped up and was looking right at me 🙄
