Apple Music subscription failed, why?

Hello. I had an apple music subscription for 1 year. It finished at the end of September, but I didn't cancel it, it was just not paid. After a while, I chose a subscription for 1 month (in apple music app on my iPhone), paid once. It showed, that the payment cannot be done, I tried again, but the same problem. So there is no subscription, but I found out that money from my card was charged. So, what should I do now?

iPhone SE, iOS 12.0.1
