PDF Prints Multiple Copies of Same Page

I have a 3 page PDF document. When I try to print it (either single or double-sided), the first page prints on the front AND on the back. Page two and three do the same. I have Acrobat Pro 9.5.5 running on an iMac under Mac OSX 10.8.5.

All worked okay all this time (for many years). The only change was the addition of a Lexmark C2425dw printer (the same thing happens on this printer too).

I have checked the properties of the document and the settings of the printers (they all look correct). I make sure I only print one copy (in the print window).

I have updated the Firmware (to the latest) for both printers as well as updating the latest Drivers for Mac OSX 10.8.

I have printed an email message that is two pages and it prints as it should (page one on the front and page two on the back page - without any extra copies).

Any idea(s)

Mike, I uninstalled Acrobat (and all its files), then reinstalled it (and all its files) and it appears to be running correctly when printing a multi-page document. 1st page on front of paper, 2nd page on backside, etc. No multiple copies of the 1st page on many pages of paper.

Well the problem is obviously with their software. I would uninstall aCrobat per their instructions Installing, uninstalling Adobe Acrobat X | Mac OS and if you really need it do a clean reinstall.
