Have you looked in the app store? Open iMessage and open any message and then open the app store from that message.
Have you tried going to the app store on the device (not in messages) and type in "yay so cute?" those look similar. If those are not it then search for stickers for imessage.
This would be easier if you knew the characters name or even where you first saw it. If a friend has these stickers ask them where they got them
yes not available in all countries but, if your friend texts themto you, you might be able to save to your devise. Sometime it works, sometimes not.
