My iphone 7 doesn’t show the speaker icon while i am calling someone and he says no audi part found and all of this after the 11.4 update. Now I downloaded 12.1 and still doesn’t work, what should i do.

Have a read through this, it goes from a simple restart to various resets finishing with a restore of the os.
The final option (Restore/Erase) is probably best done via iTunes because that replaces the existing os, the question is whether to use a backup afterwards to get the device setup to how you previously had it, because this may reintroduce the issue.
