How do I adjust playback speed on updated Voice Memo app?

After iOS 12 update, voicemail messages saved to Voice Memos (old ones and one just save today) seem to be playing at 2x speed. I don't see any option for adjusting playback speed in the “improved” app. Any suggestions?

If you haven't already, I recommend forcing the Voice Memos app to close and test the issue again.
