How to change SIM PIN

I would like to change my Simcard code. I know how to do this but the option is missing out in my settings as u can see in the screenshot. Also scrolling down doesnt bring up other options. Settings > Phone > No SIM PIN option?

Go to Settings>Cellular>SIM PIN. It is no longer under Phone.
