After the latest update to 10.14.1 suddenly became all my USB drives read/only even my TimeMachine backup drive (USB Stick & External disk). The only thing i can do is a format in disk manager to FAT32. But after a successful format i can't write a file to it. Also in disk "info" all my options are greyed out. Does anybody have a solution for this issue?

This is very strange.
Try resetting NVRAM; and please run Etrecheck and post its report here.
I can only surmise there may be a software conflict. Do you have some antivirus on this mac? Or maybe a third party disk driver? The report may well illuminate the situation.
Thanks for your answer Luis, i tried to reset the NVRAM but that doesn't solve the problem. I disabled/removed third party drivers like "NTFS for Mac" that is also not the solution. What is the possible influence of Anti Virus to this issue? I setup another (virtual) machine with Mojave 10.14.1 ... no problem in this image. So its only the native macOS.

Antivirus try to block stuff, in a misguided way.
You should not install any antivirus or so called "cleaners" in your mac.
If you have, uninstall it, restart your mac and see if that fixes it.
If not, then please run the diagnostic tool Etrecheck and post its report here.
Luis, the problem i suggested is company related. Actually it was't a problem. Since the upgrade 10.14.1 its a company policy that its not allowed to write to an USB drive anymore. Its hardened in a company policy profile. Thanks for you effort.
