why the different colors of green bubbles between iPhone and IPad?

Blue - you and other user both has an iphone, or apple device. And both has imessage enabled
Green - the other user does not have an iphone, or apple device, or hasn't enabled imessage, which can be enabled in message settings.

Thank you. I understand the difference in blue and green. My question is more about the two different greens used, a lighter more lime green on my iPad Pro (original) and a darker more forest green on my iPhone 7. Just seems inconsistent.
