i having issues to use my apple music subcription,...cant invite family members to it ,...keeps telling me i need to add a payment option while ive always been paying through my apple id so whats wrong now ?

And follow these steps:
If you already subscribe to Apple Music, you can change to a Family Membership in the Music app or in iTunes on a computer.

I have apple music subscrition for my family but cant invite anyone why is this?
