You could also try to sign out and back into your Apple ID to see if the amount shows up. If nothing shows up I'd try to contact the place you bought the cards from to look into if they are able to issue a replacement card.

There's nothing Apple can do here.
Perhaps the seller who sold you this card is somewhat less than reputable. Or perhaps someone else got the card before you did.
Like I pick them from the back and it’s just ughhh how?? But you have to pay to activate it like that’s the thing
I tried I can’t get a replacement I went to the place I got them from and yeah /.\
My iTunes card says Redeem already??
