Cannot unblock blocked websites in iPhone settings iOS 12.0.1

I tried to block specific websites in screen time->content and privacy restrictions ->content restrictions->webcontent and tried to add certain sites in the never allow section. Now if I tried to remove a website from that section, there is no option to remove or edit.

Hello! There is a way to remove a website from the Never Allow section. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content. You will see the sites that you have blocked on the bottom of the page. Put your finger on the website you want to remove from the list, and swipe to the left, until you see a Delete button on the right of the website. Tap on Delete, and done! Have a great day!
