Any fix for iTunes sign on issue with Mojave 10.14.1?

Tried every suggestion found on threads, deleted certificates, authorized computer again, re-installed Mojave 10.14.1, three hours of phone time with Apple Support, opened iTunes in safe mode. Nothing works. Can't sign into Apple Music on iTunes with paid subscription. Store, browse, etc. stay grayed out. I am able to access my Apple Music account with iPhone, iPad Pro and a MacBook. Issue is on iMac late 2015 running Mojave 10.14.1.
