can't sign in on iTunes on Mac

I can't sign on to iTunes Apple Music on my iMac I wan't to sign in on my Mac.

I don't know where it is the sign on Icon

Use iTunes' menu.

Account > Sign In

Any fix for iTunes sign on issue with Mojave 10.14.1? Tried every suggestion found on threads, deleted certificates, authorized computer again, re-installed Mojave 10.14.1, three hours of phone time with Apple Support, opened iTunes in safe mode. Apple Music not letting me sign in Hi, so I logged out of my Apple Music on my MacBook Pro because my music wasn't loading and when I tried to sign back in, my screen would ask again to sign in to the iTunes Store😐please help me im literally desperate for music on my Mac. Below is a screenshot of what my Apple Music screen says everytime I login with the correct login.

iTunes always asks for log in, even if I already did it. If I want to play a song in iTunes(on PC), the pop-up message always says "The song "..." cannot be played because you are not signed in to Apple Music - You must be signed in to Apple Music in order to play Apple Music songs.". This happens even if I log out, and log in again into my account, still can't play any songs. I have already tried to fully shut down iTunes in the task manager, and then restart my computer, but I'm still having this issue. Any solution for this? Do I have to delete my iTunes app and reinstall it, or what? It starts to get very annoying.
