Anti-Reflective Screen Rubbing Off

Over the past 5 months, my screen anti-reflictive coating has been rubbing off. I have not done anything to the computer other than use it daily for school. There is a keyboard permanent imprint in the middle of the screen and it has also work out around all the edges. This is a macbook pro early 2015 that was purchased August 2016 refurbished through the apple store. I read somewhere that replacement through apple might be covered? Does anyone know if this is the case?

My Retina Display has stain damage, HELP!!!

This is the post where I found that apple would replace if purchased within three years of 2015.
