i forgot the apple id

Hy, i have a big problem with my iphone.i forgot the password from the apple id.i didn't used from three years ago(the time when i bought the phone) and also i forgot the password from the email adress which i made the apple id.is anybody that had this problem like me?what should i do.please help me.it will be perfect on my adress email *** or here.thanks.
