no icloud

I replaced a hard drive and all loaded back easily except for icloud. Running Windows 10 Home and installer fails every time Hate to pay for something I cant access

What error message are you getting when you attempt to install iCloud for Windows on your PC?

there is a problem with this installer package. a program run as part of this setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor
