Error Code 403

I can't navigate Apple Support and keep getting that message on both devices (iPad mini and MacBook Pro) and several browsers. What's up?

The 403 error is a server-side error that indicates that you have attempted to access restricted content, lack credentials to access that content, or a permanent, or temporarily restricted part of the server that the site admins are denying access too. You also might get this message if you are using an unsupported browser whose security capability is out of date with the site requirements.

No. I'm having issues and made a Genius Bar appointment. Then I went to manage it without success. I have not installed any apps.

My three issues at Apple are: hot computer/whirring fan (during an update?). Second issue is when I went to use Time Machine, I got a screen I'd never seen. Third issue is was computer didn't even notice I have my backup plugged in.

I haven't a clue ...
