That is a valid location and I can navigate to it without issue. Did you install any third party apps that claim to protect, clean, manage, boost performance, etc.? If so, uninstall these apps.
The 403 error is a server-side error that indicates that you have attempted to access restricted content, lack credentials to access that content, or a permanent, or temporarily restricted part of the server that the site admins are denying access too. You also might get this message if you are using an unsupported browser whose security capability is out of date with the site requirements.
Error code 403 is a standard error. It means you are not permitted to the url you are trying to navigate to.
I understand that. What I DON"T know is how to get it to go away so I can get to Apple tech support!
It's been here for two days on two devices on two browsers and all my other high tech internet is fine.
What is the url that gives you the error?
I got a message you had another posting, but I don't see it; please repost.
No. I'm having issues and made a Genius Bar appointment. Then I went to manage it without success. I have not installed any apps.
My three issues at Apple are: hot computer/whirring fan (during an update?). Second issue is when I went to use Time Machine, I got a screen I'd never seen. Third issue is was computer didn't even notice I have my backup plugged in.
I haven't a clue ...
