403 Forbidden Code Error whenever I try to access Apple Support

Hi. Two days ago I was on the apple support webpage having a chat with a technician about a broken Smart Keyboard. Midway through the chat it crashed. From that point on I’ve been unable to get back to the chat page on ANY DEVICE I own. They ALL give me a 403 Forbidden code. Here’s what happens:

1) I go to the apple support page - no problem

2) I select that I have an I pad - no problem

3) I select the “get help” option (picture of two happy technicians) - 403 Forbidden

I’ve done everything I can find on the internet to clear this problem. Cleared cache and browsing history in Safari and Chrome. Soft reset. Would greatly appreciate advice so as to be able to chat with apple support....

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not stextelect Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
