"403 Forbidden" message when trying to access getsupport.apple.com
Every time I try to start a new support request by clicking a link from the Apple website or visiting getsupport.apple.com, I get a 403 Forbidden error message.
I have read answers to similar questions, and these are the things I've already tried:
- Ensuring the URL has no additional text
- Made sure device is connected to the internet
- Made sure my software and OS is up to date
- Checked date and time
- Signed out and back in to my Apple ID
- Checked System Status
- Cleared cache for "All Time"
Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
