Could we change the name of our @icloud.com.
example now it's abcd@icloud.com and I want to change to efgh@icloud.com
because I have so many files and documents in the @icloud.com
or it is better to open an new one and waste time to transfer all the files?

You cannot change your iCloud primary address (the one you created when you first opened the account), and if it is also your Apple ID you can't change that either.
You would have to create a new Apple ID and a new iCloud account, and copy all data over from the old one, if you really can't bear the existing address. Note that if you use the new ID to sign into iTunes instead of the existing on you will lose access to all your purchases and be unable to update apps.
