Mojave, system in stop Bluetooth off problem

in Mojave every time the system goes into "stop" on restart, the Bluetooth turns off and starts again after about 3/5 minutes, how can I disable this function? With High Sierra when the system went to a stop, it was enough to click on the magic mouse or any key from the keyboard and restarted, since I installed Mojave this does not do it anymore, thanks to those who help me.

Have a look at this article, it talks about Bluetooth preventing sleep, but in your case you might need to check that the box is ticked so Bluetooth devices can wake your Mac (if I‘ve followed your question correctly).

This may also help, it deals with troubleshooting Bluetooth issues and in particular how to reset the Bluetooth module.
