Regarding multiple rows/columns in tables for the Notes application, initial testing reveals that you can set up a table as I suggested in Numbers, then copy the table and paste it into notes. There may be some limitations on the table’s function while in the Notes application, but it may serve your purpose if you’re simply looking to record basic data. If you don’t already know how to do so, by the way, to copy a table, select a cell within the table that you want to copy. Click on the small circle in the upper left-hand corner of the table, then use the “Edit”, “Copy” function or a keyboard shortcut to copy the table. Switch to the Notes page that you’re working with and paste it directly into the app. I hope this helps you!
