Apple Watch Workout, voice notifications ?

Hello community !

I'm trying to use the Workout app on the watch instead of Nike, Runkeeper or others on my iPhone, I like workout for its simplicity, light app while providing me all the needed info when I run but but...I really miss some kind of voice notifications (who doesn't run with headset for music ?!!), is there any way to setup / implement that feature ? I normally setup the running apps to notify me at 1Km, half-run distance, pace etc... and during winter the Watch is often covered by long sleeve and glove...not so handy to go and check the data visually...
