iPhone XS not detecting JBL Charge 3

So I got the new iPhone XS and been using it for almost a month now. I can connect to my wireless headset and my MacBook using bluetooth, but can't seem to connect to my JBL Charge 3.

Please help!

Thanks.

See these two support documents for troubleshooting:

Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Make sure the JBL is in pairing mode. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. You may also need to reset the JBL, again, see the manufacturer's instructions.
