Enter **21*, the 10-digit number to which you want to forward their calls, and then #, then hit the send/call.

For example: **21*480-555-1212# send

If the above doesn’t work, dial **002*, the ten digit phone number to which they want to forward calls, and then #, then hit send/call.

To disable, dial #21#, and then hit the send button.

If the above doesn’t work, dial #002# instead.
