Only the Apple Stores in the US sell unlocked devices. You cannot get them from anywhere else. As far as stock is concerned, you may or may not find phones in stock, but I cannot find if that model is available in the US.
That is correct. Only the one that stedman1 provided and what is shown in the list is what you can get. And purchasing a device in a country you do not intend to use it in is not a good idea. The warranty is not international, and is restricted to the country of purchase. If you have a problem, you would have to bring it back to the US, and you could not mail it.

Only if there is an Apple store in one of the countries listed in the LTE compatibility list.
Check the LTE compatibility list at the link in my previous post, that will be where you can find the model appropriate for your region.
