The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Cannot change country/region

I have cancelled my music subscription still I am unable to change my country region. It says my subscription is valid till Dec 10,2018. I would like to change my region/country now.

please help.
