Apple Watch RFID Key Fob Support??

Hey communities,

I just had a couple questions about key fob support for the apple watch and or the iPhone.

I have a TruPortal key fob system, with 26 and 37 bit fobs.

If I have the RFID Chip on my apple watch or phone, would I be able to program it to work like a key fob, how ever many bit, to send a signal to the reader? If not, would i be able to double click for apple pay, and use that signal to send to the reader?

I just need a way to use the apple watch or iPhone as a key fob, itself. (We already have the sticky fobs that go in the case, I mean the phone itself).

This system is not using bluetooth fobs either.
