If you mean a charge that shows on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if you claim that neither you nor anyone you've given access to the account did it (I assume you've already changed the account's password), contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
